Procurement and Project Coordinator (Warehouse)

Absolute Electric is looking for a dependable and organized Procurement and Project Coordinator to manage warehouse operations, handle material purchasing, and support the smooth delivery of residential electrical projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys process improvement, and can balance daily tasks with long-term organization.

What You'll Do

• Review and place material orders for contract jobs and truck stock
• Pull materials from the warehouse and manage controlled inventory
• Track, return, and organize unused or defective parts
• Monitor supplier pricing and negotiate when appropriate
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked warehouse space
• Update work orders with material status and location
• Track and manage company tools, ensuring proper check-in/check-out
• Assist with fleet maintenance and scheduling vehicle service
• Coordinate recycling, scrap removal, and equipment disposal
• Support the Service Manager and administrative team with scheduling, permits, inspections, and deliveries as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with electrical materials or purchasing preferred
• Professional communication and follow-through
• Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, inventory systems)
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Sterling, VA
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active warehouse work
• Willingness to work hands-on in a fast-moving environment

Job Details

• Pay: $16.00 $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Sterling, VA (On-site)
