You will work directly with homeowners, explain options clearly, and deliver top-notch workmanship. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being rewarded for performance. Responsibilities<ul><li>Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems according to NEC and company standards</li><li>Present service options and perform approved work onsite</li><li>Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience without using pressure tactics</li><li>Complete paperwork and collect payments using ServiceTitan CRM</li><li>Guide clients through permitting and inspection processes</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li><li>Participate in weekly training and professional development</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>2 to 6 years of residential electrical experience</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>A growth mindset and willingness to be coached</li><li>Valid driver's license (driving record must qualify for coverage)</li><li>A professional appearance is required for client-facing roles. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.</li><li>Able to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus</li><li>Journeyman's license preferred but not required</li><li>This role includes a take-home vehicle benefit. Candidates must reside within our service area to be eligible.</li><li>Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
