As a Residential Service Electrician, you will diagnose, present, and complete residential electrical jobs using our proven service systems. You will work directly with homeowners, explain options clearly, and deliver top-notch workmanship. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being rewarded for performance.


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems according to NEC and company standards
  • Present service options and perform approved work onsite
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience without using pressure tactics
  • Complete paperwork and collect payments using ServiceTitan CRM
  • Guide clients through permitting and inspection processes
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Participate in weekly training and professional development

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 6 years of residential electrical experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A growth mindset and willingness to be coached
  • Valid driver's license (driving record must qualify for coverage)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. All results are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and do not automatically disqualify candidates.
  • A professional appearance is required for client-facing roles. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus
  • Journeyman's license preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full time position
  • Base pay PLUS up to 11% commission
  • Annual income $65,000-$120,000
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid in intervals over your first year)
